Tortoisegit overlay icons are not correctly shown for new create local repo

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a local repo
2.add a file into the repo,then commit it
or
1.Clone a repo with old vertion of TortiseGit
2.Uninstall the old version and install the lastest version of TortiseGit
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The working copy has no modified items , so I expect to see a green overlay icon appears. But I see a blue + icon
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.6.0
git version 1.7.7.1.msysgit.0
Windows 7 32bit
Please provide any additional information below.
This problem happens when using the "Default" mode of overlay icon state cache.
1.Set the "Defualt" mode of icon state cache
2.Create a local repo
3.add a file into the repo,then commit it
4.now the overlay icon is not correct with a + icon.(refresh the explorer not helps)
5 choose "Shell Extend" Mode of icon state cache
6.now the overlay icon is correct.
7.switch back the "Default" Mode
8.the overlay icon is also correct now,may be the switch action refresh the cache.
