Tortoise Git Extra Backslash with SUBST Drive Paths
By n...@acquaviva.us on June 12, 2014 20:48 (imported from Google Code)
Steps to reproduce:
-
Create a SUBST drive such that the git working folder appears in the root of the drive.
-
Right click a modified file then from context menu select either TortoiseGit > Check for modifications or TortoiseGit > Diff
The path shown in the title of the modifications dialog or the path passed to the diff program (UltraCompare) will include an extra (unwanted) backslash immediately following the drive letter.
