SVN clone strips trailing slashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Enter a URL into the clone dialog that has a trailing slash (http://foo/bar/)
- Enable svn cloning
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The git command line should include the trailing slash from the URL. Instead, the trailing slash is stripped. This can be a problem for misconfigured SVN servers (like one I just encountered)
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.14.0
git version 1.7.10.msysgit.1 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin)
Windows 7 x64
