Git blame commit message tooltip flashes when tooltip window is tall

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open TortoiseGitBlame on a file.
- Find a section from a commit with a long commit message. Hover the mouse over the right column of hash+authors.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tooltip containing the commit message is shown as expected. If the commit message is long and the tooltip runs into the top of the screen, the tooltip disappears and reappears continuously. The tooltip doesn't have to be larger than the full height of the screen; if TortoiseGitBlame is close enough to the top of the screen, the tooltip will often hit the top of the screen and start blinking--it doesn't do this if you drag the blame window lower on the screen and show the tooltip again.
Notably, hovering over the Body entry in the Commit Info table on the right doesn't have the same issue (although the width of this tooltip is unhelpfully narrow).
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.8.1.0 and msysgit 1.8.1.msysgit.1
Please provide any additional information below.
This is largely cosmetic, but the commit-message tooltip is really useful; being unable to view it means extra steps of doing a log on the commit, etc.
