Clicking on a hyperlinked commit hash leaves the target's log message un-hyperlinked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have one commit's log message (comment text) include the hash of another commit, whose log message in turn includes the hash of yet another commit. Call these "the first commit" and "the second commit" for the purposes of this summary.
- Open "Show log" dialog.
- View the first commit.
- Click on the hyperlink-underlined hash in the first commit's log message.
- The commit hash in the second commit's log message will not be hyperlinked. (Tracker issues will not be hyperlinked either.) Instead the first would-be hyperlink will be selected, such that pressing Ctrl+C would copy it to the clipboard. Clicking somewhere else to deselect it leaves it as unformatted plain text.
- If you then click on the commit you are currently viewing, all text in the log message that should be hyperlinked becomes hyperlinked.
I would expect to be able to keep following commit hash hyperlinks that lead to commits that lead to other commits as far as it goes, recursively, without being interrupted by the need to stop and click on the commit I am already currently viewing.
I am using TortoiseGit 1.8.5.3 (preview build) 64-bit, git 1.8.0.msysgit.0, and Windows XP Professional SP2 64-bit.
